Processing & Shipping
- Orders ship from our New Jersey studio within 1–3 business days.
- You’ll receive an email confirmation when your order is placed, and another with tracking once it ships.
- Shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (3–6 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)
- Free U.S. shipping on orders $75+.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your SpaGlo experience. If something isn’t right:
- Damaged or incorrect item? Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right at no cost to you.
- Changed your mind? Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on unopened, unused products.
- Customer pays return shipping.
- A small restocking fee (15%) may apply.
⚠️ For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened skincare products. We recommend starting with our SpaGlo sample sizes before committing to full sizes.

All SpaGlo products are crafted with natural and safe ingredients. We provide detailed usage instructions and full ingredient lists. Please review them carefully if you have allergies or sensitivities, and consult your physician if unsure.
